Firstly the food in Heritage Khorika is what most of us expect to have in the households of the deepest villages of the region . Not effected by the winds of globalisation , Chef Atul Lahkar still manages to preserve the authentic taste of food . Be it vegetarian or non-vegetarian , its just worth the try . We find it so hard to say that any dish is better than the rest because all are equally good .

Secondly the service is at par with any upscale eatery of the region . The waiters are very cultured , polite and seek maintain the aim of customer satisfaction while working . Most of them can converse fluently in Assamese and Hindi and a few in English as well . Overall we found the service of Heritage Khorika quite satisfactory .

Thirdly the ambiance , awesome !! No eatery has worked so hard to provide that authentic feel to their place . The environment of Heritage Khorika totally complements the food . And the pictures by the great Chef tell a story of their own while you happily enjoi your meal .
