Mast Biryani is the newest addition to the biryani scene of Guwahati , and its definitely not to be taken lightly !! Serving six types ( yes you read it right , 6 types !! ) of biryani , they have managed to jump up to our current favorite position .

The ambiance of Mast Biryani is very basic , but gives a nice warm feeling . A nice place to have you lunch or dinner with your family and friends . The place may however feel very congested at full sitting capacity . The sitting arrangement is also quite ok here .

The service is good and most of the waiters are very knowledgeable and responsive , which makes anyone feel very welcome in Mast Biryani . Also you can always clarify any doubts about the cooking process , ingredients and difference between the various types they serve .

The food of Mast Biryani is totally awesome . As we have said earlier , their biryani now tops our list of favorite biryanis in Guwahati . Ambur Dum Biryani , Chicken Kebab Biryani , Kolkata Dum Biryani , Lucknow Dum Biryani , a Vegeterian Dum Biryani and their very own Mast Dum Biryani are the main dishes they make . Apart from these , they also make a variety of vegetarian and non – vegetarian side dishes and add – ons . Also this is one of them few eateries where you get Phirni !!
