Ingredients:
1. Siweiye
2. Dry fruits
3. Full fat milk
4. Ghee
5. Suger
6. Refine oil
Method
First let the milk boil in a pan. When the milk will reduce to half , add the chopped dry fruits and sugar.
Switch off the gas when the sugar disolves
In another pan add some refine oil and add half a teaspoon of ghee. When it will be hot enough then add the siweiya to it and fry .
Take a bowl and pour some fried siweiya in it and pour enough milk. Garnish it with some more dry fruits.
