• Macaroni(1 packet)
• Egg
• Carrots
• Cabbage
• Green capsicum
• Onions
• Garlic cloves
• Green chilies
• Olive oil/refined oil
• Red chilly powder
• Soya sauce
• Black pepper
• Coriander leaves


o At first boil water in a container, add a pinch of salt to it and then add the macaroni. Let it boil for sometime and stir the macaroni. Then after its tender, drain out the water and keep the macaroni aside for later use.

o Wash the vegetables properly and cut them into medium equal length pieces. Chop the onions, chilies and the garlic cloves.

o Now heat oil in a pan and add the cut vegetables. Add pinch of salt and stir it for a min. Now add 1-2 egg in the fried vegetables and let it cook and then keep it aside.

o Again heat oil in a pan and then add the chopped onions, chilies and garlic cloves, and a pinch of salt. Fry until little brown. Then add the boiled macaroni into it. Stir it well. Add half teaspoon of red chilly powder, black pepper, and 2-3 tea spoon of soya sauce in it. Stir well and then add the mixed vegetables with egg into it. Mix it and serve hot.

o If you prefer to have it in gravy style then add a mixture of corn floor and water at the end. And stir it for a min and then its ready to serve.
