3rd edition of the North-East Foodtech begins in Guwahati

The 3rd edition of the North-East Foodtech was inaugurated today in the Maniram Dewan Trade Center in Guwahati. It will continue from today to the 15th of May.

Kolkata Foodtech is the main organizer of this event and it is being supported by the All Assam Restaurant Association and the Hotel & Restaurant Association of Assam.

The opening of the event was done by Sunil Deka, the chairman of the Assam Trade Promotion Organisation by lighting the inaugural lamp. Zakir Hossain, the Chief Convener of North-East Foodtech was also present for the inauguration event.

More than fifty brands of multiple products are participating in this three day event. Producers of various ingredients needed in various dishes have showcased their products. Chemicals, basic ingredients, ready mixes and garnishes of various types are all on exhibition. Different types of equipment necessary for mixing ingredients, baking, cooling, freezing and drying products are also being demonstrated in this event. Packaging materials and equipment are also on display in this event alongside several IT and man power service providers are also participating in this event.

This is an one stop destination to look for all the products, equipment and services under a single roof for everyone in the food sector. They can also explore all the options and compare them as per their needs.
