Buddy’s

This article is our take on Buddy’s , Sixmile which servers great fried rice and momos . When it comes to grabbing a quick bite , we believe that the tiny or medium sized stalls and restaurants do a much better job than the top class ones . This one just enforces our concept !!

Buddy’s is a very small place , with place for hardly six people to sit . So we don’t have much to say about the ambiance of this eatery . So we do suggest foodies to use the take – away service .

We found the food to be very good in Buddy’s . We tried pork fried rice , chicken noodles and pork momos and found them to be better then most of restaurants. Another very important thing is the price . Trust us when we say that Buddy’s is CHEAP . Very few places in Guwahati will serve that quality and quantity in that price , today . So its a must try for all the people who love to eat in such small joints .

Buddy’s has two chefs and one owner . So the service is quite fast here . Also the quality is strictly monitored by the lady , so you can expect good quality food . Also the facility to tweak the amounts of spices is allowed here . So if you are into more heat , u can tell them to put extra chillies and vice versa . If you go during the peak hours , you may have to wait on the footpath till your order arrives .

The kitchen of Buddy’s is quite small and congested , but they do their best to keep it clean and hygienic .
