Baked Pork

Pork is one of the favorite meats around the world , even more so in Northeast India . Baking is a very quick way to serve pork !! Here we have a quick recipe for making Baked Pork by Pallavi Hazarika . Do try it and let us know how much you like it .

Ingredients :/

The following are the items used in this chocolate cake recipe :

  1. Half a kilogram of pork .
  2. About 50 grams of ginger and garlic paste .
  3. Salt and pepper as per taste .
  4. Green chilies to make it spicy .
  5. One large onion and one capsicum .
  6. Half a teaspoon each of garam masala and chili powder .

Method :

Start by boiling the pork for about five minutes . Meanwhile peal the ginger , garlic and onion , and remove the seeds of the capsicum . Then grate the ginger , garlic and green chilies to make a paste . You can also use the ready made ones available in grocery stores .

After the pork is boiled , drain the access water and marinate the pork with the paste in a bowl . Then add the salt , pepper and garam masala and mix again . Cut the onion and capsicum into small pieces and add to the meat . Mix again and put the bowl in the oven .

Select the Grill mode on the oven and cook for about ten minutes . Thereafter take it out and mix the contents again . Then cook for about five more minutes .

And you have your baked pork ready to be served . You can garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and it goes well with both rice and chapati .
